GRiDTransfer is a GRiD-OS utility that allows for transferring files between DOS and GRiD-OS. It can also convert certain file formats to work with their respective OS. For example, let's say you have a Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet on the DOS partition of your HDD. At the moment you running GRiD-OS on the other partition, but want to use that file with GRiDPlan or GRiDPlot. With GRiDTransfer, you can read the contents of the DOS partition, select the file, and copy it over the GRiD-OS partition. Before doing so, GRIDTransfer can also convert the file from Lotus' format to GRiDPlan's. MediaPartition is a Hard Drive partitioning utility similar to fdisk. You can create or delete multiple partitions (up to 4) for GRiD-OS or DOS, change their sizes, format them, or switch the active boot partition. The disk here is for GRiD-OS. As such, you will need to format the floppy disk you want to use with the GRiD-OS disk formatting utility (Initialize Media) before writing to it in ImageDisk. In order to format a 720kB disk for GRiD-OS, you'll also need to use a newer version of Initialize Media.
